HA-HO-HE - Hertha BSC! The old S-Bahn station Olympiastadion was fomerly known as “Reichssportfeld” in this state of construction. When Berlin football team Hertha BSC disappeared from the scene in the mid 80s it had become obvious that its few supporters were going by underground to the stadium. As a consequence the station was shut down until its re-opening in January 1998.
